The timeline:

• October 30th - Sign ups open
  
• November 13th 14th - Sign ups close
  
• November 15th or 16th - Assignments sent out ; gift post goes up & AO3 collection opens
  
• December 21st - Last day to pull out; assign pinch hits if needed
  
• January 1st - Gifts due
